This VISION VM164C is a 1/43 scale fully pre-built resin model by Make Up Co., Ltd., finished in Black — among the six body colors represented across the 22 real cars ever built. The model was developed by layering Carrera 4 Lightweight-specific details onto EIDOLON's established 964 body data, with the distinctive rear wing reproduced faithfully including crisp louver molding across its upper surface. The small aero door mirrors are dedicated parts exclusive to this variant, and the characteristic sliding side windows are accurately rendered as one of the model's most recognizable details. Wheels follow the real car's staggered specification — 16×7J at the front, 16×9J at the rear — with aluminum-machined rims delivering geometric precision and white metal components providing the sharpness of detail that 1/43 demands. Ride height is set to match the real car's lowered stance. Headlight housings are white metal with chrome plating, bezels painted black to replicate the car's intent expression, and door handles are also rendered in white metal. The interior is where the model truly earns its depth: stripped body-color floor panels, a welded roll cage, Recaro bucket seats, Sabelt racing harness, and a sports steering wheel — all brought to life through a combination of photo-etched parts, white metal castings, and resin components.
Black is the color that lets the Carrera 4 Lightweight's stripped, purposeful architecture speak loudest, and this VM164C is a focused, deeply detailed piece for the serious 964 collector who values the rarest chapter in the generation's history.
