Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, shipping information, and store policies carefully before placing your order.

Except where required by applicable law, order cancellations are not accepted after payment has been completed.

If Sozu Model Cars is unable to fulfill an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, payment-verification issue, shipping restriction, suspected fraud, or another unavoidable circumstance, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

Standard Return Policy

Except where applicable law provides additional rights, returns are accepted only when the item received is materially different from its product description or photographs.

You must contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

Returns are not accepted for:

A change of mind
An accidental purchase
Selecting the wrong model, scale, color, specification, or quantity
Finding the product elsewhere at a lower price
Minor manufacturer variations that do not materially differ from the listing
Damage caused after delivery
Products that have been opened, modified, used, removed from their original base, or returned without their original parts or packaging

Reporting a Problem

To request a return, contact us within the applicable return period and provide:

Your full name
Your order number
A detailed description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the original product packaging
Photographs of the outer shipping box and shipping label
Photographs of all internal packing materials

Please retain the product and all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.

Do not return an item without receiving written authorization and return instructions from Sozu Model Cars. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

If we confirm that an item is materially different from its description or photographs, we will provide free return shipping or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs that we approve in writing before shipment.

Do not purchase return postage with the expectation of reimbursement unless we have approved it in writing.

Refunds

Authorized returns will be inspected after delivery.

If the return is approved, the refund will be submitted to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Sozu Model Cars or applicable law requires otherwise.

A refund may be reduced or denied, to the extent permitted by law, if the returned item is incomplete, used, altered, damaged, or missing its original parts, accessories, documents, or packaging.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions that provide a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal period retain those statutory rights. When applicable law provides a longer cancellation or return period, that legally required period applies instead of the standard 3-day policy above.

For eligible European Union distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exclusions and legal requirements.
