Make Up EIDOLON's EM677D was developed through dual 3D-scanning — the 1999 AP1 scanned first to establish the base body geometry, then the AP2 scanned separately to identify every change, with those differences overlaid digitally onto the AP1 data. Because the S2000's character-line-free surfaces can read as flat at scale, EIDOLON applied deliberate visual calibration to edges and surface transitions throughout. The fully detailed open cockpit is material-specific in its surface treatment, the convertible roof is supplied as two interchangeable parts — closed and open tonneau — and the wheels are cast in white metal from brass-machined masters for fine spoke geometry. Front and rear lamp clusters went through multiple prototype rounds before reaching production.
