This KK Scale KKDC120172 is a 1/12 scale diecast model of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 1967 in White with Blue — produced with opening mechanisms allowing the hood, doors, and trunk to be opened as on the real car, exposing the GT500's engine bay and making the model an interactive display piece rather than a static one. The White / Blue stripe combination at 1/12 scale allows the Le Mans stripe graphics — which are among the most bold and graphically striking elements of any American muscle car of the era — to be read with the full visual force they carry at full size, the blue stripes against the white body surface creating a contrast that rewards display from any angle and communicates the Shelby identity immediately and unmistakably.
