This Italeri IT4716JP is a 1/12 scale plastic model assembly kit of the Bugatti Type 35B — a full-detail kit in which the engine, frame, and all mechanical components are modeled in detail from frame rails to supercharger, with the engine hood remaining openable on the completed model for permanent access to the engine bay. New tooling has been added to this release to accurately capture the race-specific details that distinguish the 1928 Targa Florio #58 and 1930 Monaco GP #22 configurations, with both livery specifications fully includable as build options. The completed model length is approximately 300mm, making this a substantial display piece that conveys the Type 35B's distinctive proportions — the horseshoe grille, the elegant tapering tail, the exposed mechanical cockpit, and the wire wheels — at a scale that allows every detail of Ettore Bugatti's design philosophy to be read and appreciated. This JP edition includes a Japanese supplementary instruction translation, making it particularly desirable for Japanese market collectors and internationally for builders who want the most complete documentation of the kit's assembly process.
